Employee work satisfaction is one of the most significant human resource outcomes since the
altitude of the worker is directly related to his/her satisfaction in the job. Also, leadership is
considered one of the essential factors that result in job satisfaction. The purpose of this study
was to classify the different leadership styles used by current bank supervisors in Lebanon, as
well as their effects on employee work satisfaction. To accomplish the target, a survey of 100
employees was made, and then we used SPSS to interpret the information that revealed a
significant correlation between job satisfaction and the democratic style, thus a strong
relationship between these two variables. But a negative relationship was also revealed
between job satisfaction and Laissez-faire style, whereas autocratic style showed negligible
correlation similarly to the demographics thus no actual relationship with job satisfaction.
